For King County’s Department of Permitting and Environmental Review, Betty designed an overarching project identity that will eventually apply to seven King County community service area (CSA) plans for public services management. The intention was to develop an entirely new and contemporary look that would set the basic template for future CSA plan reports, while highlighting each community’s unique attributes. This first report, for Vashon-Maury Island, illustrates their independence and self-sufficiency, healthy rural environment, creativity and sustainable community collaboration.
